Refund and Cancellation

  • All orders placed for medicines are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • We do not offer any refunds on medicines under any circumstances.

  • Requests to cancel medicine orders after placing the order will not be accepted.

  • This policy applies regardless of order value, delivery status, or reason for cancellation.

  • Appointments and service bookings (doctor consultations, tests, or procedures) are eligible for cancellation and refund only if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date.

  • Cancellation requests for appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be accepted.

  • No refunds will be initiated for missed appointments or no-shows.

  • Refunds for eligible appointment cancellations will be processed through the original mode of payment.

  • Approved refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider.

  • Any cancellation or refund request must be communicated through our official contact channels.

  • We reserve the right to decline refund or cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  • In case of technical errors or exceptional circumstances, decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the clinic management.

  • By placing an order or booking an appointment, customers agree to and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
