​1.    If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

   2.    If you cancel between 6 to 24 hours before your appointment, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

   3.    If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

   4.    If you miss your appointment due to a genuine medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance, and you provide valid proof, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available slot at no additional charge. No cancellation fee will apply in this case.

   5.    Rescheduled appointments are subject to doctor availability. We do not guarantee priority or expedited slots and will accommodate you at the earliest available date.

   6.    No refunds will be issued for no-shows where no valid proof of emergency is provided.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
